REFUND POLICY
At 1st Stop Pet Shop, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items such as personalized or perishable goods are non-refundable.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at 1ststoppetshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Time
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at 1ststoppetshop@gmail.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
